• Net 10 days with approved credit
• Finance charge of 1.5% will be added to past due balances
• Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (2.99% fee on all orders over $1000)
• $30 fee on returned checks
• All equipment and merchandise shipped outside the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, & Arkansas are sold subject to sales tax and/or use taxes being paid by purchaser.
• The buyer agrees that title to this merchandise remains in possession of the seller until invoice is paid in full.

Shipping:

• All orders will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested.
• Minimum shipping and handling charges to be added to invoice.

Returns:

• All claims must be made within five days after receipt of goods.
• Items may not be returned without prior authorization.
• Returns are subject to a restocking fee.
